Who this is for

You're probably here because one of these is already true:

Book a call

01

Every new client adds another spreadsheet and another process that only one person on your team knows how to run.

02

Reporting eats a week every month that could've gone into landing the next client.

03

The only way to take on more work right now is to hire more people to do the same repetitive tasks.

04

You, or your best person, are still the one doing quality control on every deliverable before it goes out.

05

Rank tracking, client data, and reporting each live in their own spreadsheet, and nobody's sure which version is the current one.

Not for you if
  • You're a solo operator with no team yet. Fix the process first, automation comes after.

  • You're already 150-plus people with an in-house engineering or ops team. That's a different problem than the one we solve here.

Why us

How we're different

You've probably already talked to a few automation agencies. Here's what changes with us:

I've run the delivery you're trying to fix

Seven years running SEO agency delivery myself, which is where I learned to tell the parts of your workflow that cost real money from the parts that just feel expensive.

No platform loyalty

Most automation agencies commit to one platform, n8n, GoHighLevel, or Make, and force every job through it. We start with what's broken in your delivery and build whatever fixes it. Sometimes that's a workflow. Sometimes it's a script nobody has to pay a monthly subscription to run.

We skip the guesswork phase

Most automation agencies spend the first few weeks just learning how an SEO agency's delivery even works. We already know, so the call itself becomes the diagnosis. You walk away from one conversation knowing exactly what to automate first.

Who you're working with

Recorded the SOP course on Kyle Roof's IMG platform

I ran an SEO and link building agency for 7 years and built the in-house team myself. Most of that time went into figuring out the SOPs and processes behind delivery, writing down exactly how the work got done so someone else could run it too. A lot of what used to be VA work, I now hand to AI instead.

That's what Delegents does for other agencies now. I share the builds on YouTube as I make them, and I recorded a full SOP course for Kyle Roof's Internet Marketing Gold platform a while back on exactly this kind of work.

Proof

My team went from thirty people to three.

The workload didn't change. AI agents just run most of it now.

The process

How it works

01

Book a call.

Two or three quick questions on the booking page first, so I know the shape of your agency before we talk.

02

We look at your delivery together.

On the call, I walk through your workflow myself. I've run this exact kind of delivery before, so I can spot the expensive parts fast.

03

We agree on what to build first.

Not everything at once. Whatever's costing you the most time or client quality right now, first.

04

It gets built.

It runs in your delivery, ready to use.

Your options

Comparing your options

01Who's actually doing the work

Someone who's run SEO agency delivery himself, not a generalist automation coder.

02Running cost as you scale

Built to keep AI and API costs low as usage grows, so it stays cheaper than a hire, not just cheaper on day one.

03What happens when it breaks

Hourly fixes or a retainer, your choice.

04What you're left with afterward

You own it outright. Nothing stays dependent on us unless you choose ongoing consulting or a retainer.

05How you get started

One call, a real diagnosis, no guessing.

Pricing

Every option starts with a call

That's on purpose. We can't tell you what you need without seeing how your delivery works first.

Per-Build
$2.5kstarting

Starting at $2,500 for a single build sized to a specific bottleneck. Final price depends on the scope.

  • Sized to one specific bottleneck
  • Scope agreed on the call first
  • Ships ready to use in your delivery
Custom
Priced on the call

For agencies who aren't sure yet what needs to be built or how big the fix is. We figure that out together on the call, then decide what to build first.

  • A full look at your delivery
  • We diagnose the fix together
  • Decide what to build first, live
ConsultingAdd-on, after your first build
$60/ hr

For after we've already started working together, whenever you want our input again on what to automate next or how to fix something that's not working.

  • Hourly, or a monthly retainer
  • Ongoing input on what to automate next
  • Help fixing what isn't working
FAQ

Questions before we start?

Book a free diagnosis call

No. We look at what your delivery needs first. That might mean one of those platforms, or it might mean a skill you upload straight into Claude. A skill is just a file that teaches the AI to run one of your tasks the way you already do it, no coding involved.

The free call is where we find the first thing worth building, enough for you to decide whether to sign a project. Paid consulting is what happens after that, whenever you want our input again down the line.

Depends entirely on what we're building. You'll get a real timeline once we know the scope.

No. You run the agency, we become the AI engineering team behind it. Most agencies your size can't justify hiring a VP of Engineering yet, so we're that function instead.

You can bring us back in hourly, or set up a monthly retainer if you want ongoing support built in from the start.

Good. We build around what you already have. Every build starts with a look at your existing stack so nothing gets disrupted.

Yes. Most clients start with one bottleneck and expand once they've seen it work.

You do. Once it's built, it's yours, no ongoing dependency on us unless you want the consulting or retainer support.

Every build ships with a human checkpoint. The agents do the heavy lifting and then queue their output for a quick human pass, the same way the brief builder at the top of this page queues briefs for writer review. Nothing reaches a client without a person signing off on it.

It stays yours. Builds run in your own accounts and tools, so client data never sits with us. Where a build calls an AI model, we use business APIs that don't train on your data, and we'll sign an NDA before you show us anything sensitive.

A note from the founder

Bring me the task your team dreads.

There is no pitch deck waiting for you on that call. Show me how your delivery runs and point at the part everyone hates. I'll tell you straight whether an AI agent can take it over, and what the build would cost.
